It’s been more than a year since Fashion Direct failed to get the brand back on track after being acquired by Amazon in 2015.
Since then, the brand has lost several key staff members including co-founder and creative director Sam Levett, who left in March to join a startup called Glamour.
The company’s latest issue of Vogue featured a cover that featured a woman with a jacket covered in blood.
This is not the first time Fashion Direct has faced backlash.
In August 2016, the company was hit with a lawsuit from a disgruntled employee who claimed the company did not follow all of its ethical guidelines.
Last year, the fashion retailer was accused of creating a “culturally insensitive” campaign by showing a woman in a headscarf in the video game Grand Theft Auto 5.
